    Post: Pantry Development Worker

    Hours: 21 Hours per week - may include occasional evening and weekend

    Salary: £11,880.96 per annum, plus generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme and group health cover

    Location: Crosshill with possible Fife wide travel 

    The post based at Crosshill Community Enterprise Centre, is responsible for the day-to-day running and development of new initiatives within the Pantry at Brag. The post holder will run the Pantry and develop new initiatives thanks to three-year National Lottery Community Led Funding, including a Food Education Programme and promoting an inclusive environment where everyone can feel welcome and safe offering provision to reduce social isolation within the local community. 

    Working alongside volunteers and connecting with Pantry members will be vital in order to develop the Pantry's new initiatives whilst also providing local, affordable and good quality food. The post holder will also be expected to recruit new volunteers and provide support and training to these volunteers who will assist with the running of the Pantry and you will be expected to create working relationships with other local food provision and community organisations within the Benarty area.
