    Thistle Neurological Wellbeing Service offers remote support for people living with neurological health conditions in Fife. It provides:

    • Phone or video-based support: one-to-one wellbeing coaching Support to develop a wellbeing plan
    • Online group-based support
    • Lifestyle Management courses
    • Online Mindfulness courses

    You can choose to self-refer or ask to be referred by a healthcare practitioner. Please e-mail [email protected] or text Leanne on 07342 035 670

    Thistle will work in partnership with Parkinson's UK Scotland and NHS Fife's Personal Outcomes team. If you live in Fife and are interested in support for a health condition that is not neurological, you can self-refer or be referred by a health or social care practitioner by e-mailing [email protected] or calling Emma on 07552 277 416.
