Salary: Casual Appointments at £9.37/hour
Location: Kirkcaldy with the potential to work across any of Frontline Fife's sites
Frontline Fife is a charity that works to end homelessness by taking preventative action and through assisting people to choose the life they aspire to. To further its work in tenancy access and sustainment, its team is now seeking to recruit individuals wishing to assist vulnerable people who are at risk of or who have experienced homelessness.
If you can demonstrate a commitment to client focused working, are keen to develop professional skills in housing and trauma informed support and want to be part of a diverse team which is committed to inclusion and achieving the best possible outcomes for the people it works with, then this may be the role for you.
Successful candidates, as with all members of our team, are expected to work using a strength-based approach, ensuring each individual's unique position and aspirations remain at the centre. Relief Workers enjoy the same employee benefits as all staff on a pro-rata basis.
