    Post: Counselling Service Manager

    Hours: 35 hours per week

    Salary: £27,000 - £29,500 per annum dependent on experience

    Contract: 1 year fixed term (may be extended, subject to continuation funding)

    Location: Central Falkirk 

    Falkirk’s Mental Health Association (FDAMH) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Counselling Service Manager to join its established service. The post holder will lead the delivery of efficient and high-quality services for clients through:

    • Ensuring best practice standards are met and performance is regularly monitored and evidenced to stakeholders and funders.
    • Operational management of the counselling services including support, development to the counselling team.
    • Reviewing and developing services, including the management of face-to-face and online counselling.

    With a qualification and skills pertinent to the role, applicants should have demonstrable experience of recruiting and managing staff/volunteers and rotas as well as the ability to provide counselling/therapeutic practices and assessments to a wide age group.
