Falkirk’s Mental Health Association (FDAMH) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Counselling Service Manager to join its established service. The post holder will lead the delivery of efficient and high-quality services for clients through:
- Ensuring best practice standards are met and performance is regularly monitored and evidenced to stakeholders and funders.
- Operational management of the counselling services including support, development to the counselling team.
- Reviewing and developing services, including the management of face-to-face and online counselling.
With a qualification and skills pertinent to the role, applicants should have demonstrable experience of recruiting and managing staff/volunteers and rotas as well as the ability to provide counselling/therapeutic practices and assessments to a wide age group.
