The Yunus Centre at Glasgow Caledonian University has launched a new 'toolkit' to help increase the number of Men's Sheds across the UK.

The new ‘Toolkit for Communities’ comes on the back of research showing how Men’s Sheds contribute to the mental and social wellbeing of older men -  offering the chance to take part in a range of practical activities which are credited with tackling loneliness and social isolation.

Check out this mapping tool to find the location of the many Men's Sheds in Fife.

The number of Sheds in Scotland has increased from one in 2013 to more than 190 today – with more than 1500 across the whole of the UK and Ireland.
