    Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) has an exciting opportunity within its Alternative Tenure's Team for a full-time Housing Officer. In this role, you will contribute to providing a professional, effective and efficient service to our Mid Market, Shared Ownership and Factoring customers. You will ensure that the organisation meets its legal obligations for these tenures and manage any new tenures that may be introduced in the future. You will also have line management responsibility for the Alternative Tenure Housing Assistants.

    You will have previous experience of working in a council or similar organisation with a good knowledge of mid market rent, mixed tenures and factoring with a passion for delivering high quality customer services. It is essential that you are able to plan and organise your workload with a proven ability to multitask to meet tight deadlines. To be successful in this role, you will hold an ARLA/Letwell Qualification or have a willingness to work towards it. You will also have a good knowledge of Factoring and Mid Market rent. You will need to have a full driving licence and access to a car for business use. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
