    Salary: £34,945 to £39,932 per annum

    Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) is the parent organisation within the Kingdom Group and is one of the leading providers of affordable housing in East Central Scotland.

    KHA currently develops affordable housing in Fife, Perth and Kinross, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire and haS Alliance agreements with Ochilview Housing Association and with Fife, Glen and Ore Valley Housing Associations, through ITSFife Housing Association Alliance (FHAA). Over the next 5 years, KHA aims to develop approximately 2,000 new affordable homes for ourselves and our Partners. 

    About the Role:

    As the Senior Project Officer, you will contribute to the delivery of Kingdom's Affordable Housing Supply programme, taking forward identified projects from feasibility through to completion ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and grant conditions.

    About You:

    First and foremost you will be passionate about the work KHA does. You will have affordable housing experience preferably in the delivery of affordable housing supply. You will have the ability to manage programmes and meet deadlines within a fast-moving environment. You will have excellent communication skills and a strong track record of driving continuous improvement. You will need to have a driving licence and access to a car for business use. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
