Degree Level: Ordinary Degree or equivalent (SCQF level 9)You will be part of the Community Development Team in North East Fife and working with a youth work focus with young people in a school and community setting. You will also play a part in developing and supporting local community planning projects and initiatives. The post will have a focus on work in schools and family learning and build on the existing work with young people within the 3 high schools in North East Fife which involves mental health youth work, girl's work and using outdoor education to support young people.
You will manage senior youth workers and work with them to support young people within the school setting and within their communities. You will liaise with guidance staff and the school management team to plan and deliver programmes to complement their learning You will have experience is delivering vocational qualifications and a range of non-vocational programmes.
