Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people. Its service continues to grow and expand, and it is now excited to recruit a Generalist Adviser, to join its busy service delivery team.
As a Generalist Adviser, you will provide advice and support to clients and other service users on a wide range of topics, primarily by telephone but also via webchat and video-conferencing. You will be expected to keep your skills, knowledge and experience up-to-date in all key areas of service delivery and advice.
