Community benefit, community wealth building, social procurement..... what is happening in legislation, and how may this support social enterprise?
While Corporate Challenge Bootcamp is focused predominantly on supply chain and B2B supply, Social Enterprise Scotland has included this session with a focus on public sector procurement given the need to understand legislation and the impact this may have on sub-contracting opportunities as well as direct supply. At this session, participants will hear from:
- Barry Phillips - Scotland Excel. Barry speaks passionately about supported business and social enterprise. He'll also speak about the legislation driving social impact through procurement.
- Yvonne McBride - P4P. Yvonne leads P4P, a dedicated programme for social enterprise organisations that want to develop procurement partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
