Carers Week (07 - 13 June 2021) is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. It also helps people who don't think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to identify as carers and access much-needed support.

This year we are coming together to Make Caring Visible and Valued.

The campaign is brought to life by thousands of individuals and organisations who come together to provide support for carers, run activities, highlight the vital role carers play in our communities and draw attention to just how important caring is.

If you're running an activity during Carers Week, you can share it on the campaign's website here. Campaign resources, including social media graphics, can be found here.

Fife Carers Centre and Fife Young Carers support Fife's carers in their caring role - they work to protect carers own physical, emotional, mental and financial health whilst maintaining their caring role. Find out how they plan to recognise Carers Week 2021.
