It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Healthy Eating Week takes place from 14 – 18 June. The theme for this year’s campaign is “Find Your Healthier You”. The week is run by the British Nutrition Foundation and the campaign encourages everyone to reflect on their lifestyles and look to make improvements to enhance their own health and wellbeing – particularly around what they eat and drink.
To support Healthy Eating Week, the Food and Health Team within Fife Health Promotion Service has organised a number of drop-in sessions on MS Teams throughout the week to support workers and practitioners in Fife. These sessions aim to provide more information about the campaign, ideas and tips on how to make healthier choices and planning for success.
- Monday 14 June at 10.30 - “Find your healthier you” – Know the facts information, advice and myth busting
- Monday 14 June at 13:00 - “Find your healthier you webinar” by British Nutrition Foundation
- Tuesday 15 June at 13:00 - Make a healthier choice - tips and tools to make better choices
- Wednesday 16 June at 15:00 - Plan for Success - ways to plan healthier meals and menus
