Hours of Work: 10.25 hours per week – approx 1.5 hours per day. Hours may vary and can be flexible.
Location of Work: Glenrothes
Experience Required: Previous experience of working within a support and care background and with disabled people with particular experience in mental health.
Useful Qualifications:A full clean driving licence is desirable but not essential. Applicants should be a non-smoker. Flexibility is required.
Additional information: This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).
SDS Options Fife is recruiting a Personal Assistant on behalf of its client:
I am a 63 year old woman. You will be required to help me to live independently in my own home. I will need you to assist me in the provision of personal care including washing and dressing inclusive of miscellaneous day-to-day activities. Support with light household duties (cooking, cleaning etc). Patience and a genuine caring nature alongside experience and understanding of supporting individuals with mental as well as physical healthcare needs would be advantageous.
