2050 Climate Group is a youth-led charity who work to educate, engage and empower young people to lead the transition to a sustainable, zero-carbon Scotland.

The charity would like to inform young people across Scotland about its new Young Leaders Development Programme (YLDP) which is now open for applications.

The YLDP is a free course that aims to equip young people aged between 18 and 35 years old who are resident in Scotland with the leadership skills and climate change knowledge they need to take action on climate change.  Now in its fifth year, applications are open to join the programme. The programme will kick off in September 2021 and run until March 2022 and will consist of six events which will include speakers, workshops and opportunities for collaboration and action. More information and how to apply can be found here.
