Salary: £10.5 per hour £19,110 gross per annum (35 hours per week)Express Group (Fife) is an established Mental Health Charity and a Company Limited by Guarantee with a network of self-help groups throughout Fife. The aim of this service is to support people to pursue their chosen vocational, educational, occupational, social and recreational goals within their local communities.
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for management of all administration and petty cash systems within Express Group on a day to day basis in conjunction and under the guidance of the Service Manager.;
- Provide overall administrative support to Service staff and volunteers using all available technology and resources;
- Ensure all administrative and statistical procedures are carried out to the highest standard using all available resource;
- Provide first point of contact to clients telephoning and / or visiting the organization for assistance and dealing with their enquiries in an appropriate manner;
- Responsible for ensuring all bills/invoices are paid via online banking.
Qualifications - HNC/D Level in Business Administration or equivalent. Appointments will be subject to successful applicants either currently being or becoming members of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG Scheme). For further details and an application form please visit their website.
