  • Fife Cycling Community Action Plan - views sought

    Created: 19/05/2021
    News/Events Category: General News

As part of the Climate Action Fife project, Climate Action Fife is working with Greener Kirkcaldy on the development of a Fife Cycling Community Action Plan. Both organisations invite you to help shape the plan.

Cycling can offer a range of benefits - to mental and physical health, helping people without a car to access jobs and amenities, and of course tackling the climate emergency. The proposed plan will identify the key barriers to people commuting by bike, and what actions are needed to overcome these.

Climate Action Fife and Greener Kirkcaldy would like to speak to both cyclists and non-cyclists from community organisations across Fife. Their views will help inform the content of the plan which afterwards will feed into a proposal for a multi-year partnership project to take this forward.

Please contact [email protected] by Tuesday 26 May to let us know if you or someone from your organisation would like to take part.
