Scottish Government - survey on Volunteering and the Third Sector Response to COVID-19
Created: 04/05/2021, Updated: 26/05/2021The Scottish Government is running a survey to establish the impact of COVID-19 on the voluntary sector and volunteering.
This survey aims to gather information about:
The insights that the survey brings will inform Scotland’s volunteering policy as we all tackle the challenges of recovery from the pandemic. It will provide essential evidence to the development of Scotland’s new Volunteering Action Plan, the next stage in the implementation of Volunteering for All - Scotland's national outcomes framework for volunteering. And it is an opportunity to reflect on the experiences of supporting volunteering during the past year, and what can be learned from this.
This research will also inform a UK-wide research study on mobilising voluntary action during the pandemic, for which the Scottish inputs are being coordinated by Volunteer Scotland.
