With Mental Health Awareness Week taking place from 10-16 May 2021, the benefits of being outdoors and active have been widely promoted over the past year - with many social enterprises delivering programmes and encouraging this approach to promote positive mental health.

The Sport and Health SENs are joining up to highlight the work being delivered by members using nature to improve mental health.

SENScot is holding an online event from 14:00 - 15:30 on Thursday 13 May 2021 to hear more from social enterprises working in this area and for general discussion and connection with other members on this topic.
