It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Living Streets Scotland is hosting a supporting more walking through your service workshop from 10:00 - 11:30 on Wednesday 28 April 2021.
This workshop is aimed at professionals who work with older people, who want to explore ways to support more walking within their services. Living Streets Scotland will share our learning from Walking Connects, which worked in partnership with older adults to improve wellbeing and create more inclusive walking environments, including: the importance of everyday walking for service users, at home, in service settings, and in the everyday; and how services can promote and encourage walking through existing and new activities.
