Kingdom Housing Association has an oppoortunity to join their team as an Administrative Officer and have a key impact in the smooth running of the Capital Investment Administration Team. The Capital Investment team develops affordable housing in Fife, Perth & Kinross, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire. Your role will involve direct customer and contractor service support; varied administrative tasks; assisting with repairs processing and monitoring, service complaints, updating organisational digital systems all to a high quality and in line with their values.
They are looking for a motivated, driven and customer focused person with a passion and commitment to ensure the best outcome for their customers. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to work effectively on your own and be a positive and supportive team contributor. It is essential that you are able to plan and organise your workload with a proven ability to multitask to meet tight deadlines.
