  • Samaritans - 'Learn to Listen' presentation opportunity

    Created: 12/04/2021
    News/Events Category: General News

The Samaritans has an excellent PowerPoint, 'Learn to Listen' which the can deliver to groups virtually and are looking for the opportunity to present it to groups and organisations. Samaritans are very conscious of the impact that the pandemic has had on the emotional health of many people.

The presentation covers the work of Samaritans and also provides practical tips for how we can all become good listeners. It is a short presentation, about 30-40 minutes and will have time for questions at the end.

If you need any more information contact Sheila, a volunteer at the Kirkcaldy Branch of Samaritans, who is also responsible for the Outreach work that they do in Scotland.

Contact Sheila via e-mail: [email protected], or by phone: 01592 743362 or 07870 636919.
