    Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, the Samaritans has undertaken research on an ongoing basis to understand how the impact of the pandemic has affected people's wellbeing and in particular, those who have called their helpline. This research covers the following areas:

    • How has coronavirus affected callers?
    • Coronavirus and middle-aged men
    • Coronavirus, young people and self-harm
    • Coronavirus and people with pre-existing mental health conditions
