  • Volunteer Scotland - New Online PVG Application Service

    Created: 23/03/2021
    News/Events Category: General News

From Tuesday 06 April VSDS will no longer accept applications via the Digital Routine Application route.

The new Online PVG Application Service became available at the beginning of March 2021 and replaces the Digital Routine Application Process which was introduced in March 2020 as a temporary solution due to the pandemic. While it has served its purpose, this process was never intended to be a long term solution. As a key stakeholder and partner of Disclosure Scotland, VSDS are supporting their decision to focus on the new service going forward.

The two application options available are the Online PVG Application Service or the Paper Application Process.

Do not submit applications via the Digital Routine Applications template after the 06 April as they will be returned.
