- Put your pronouns in your e-mail signature and on video calls
- Use inclusive language
- Support your LGBTIQ+ colleagues and peers
- Educate yourself on LGBTIQ+ issues and encourage others to do the same
- Call out and challenge homophobic, biphobic, and transphobic language
- Celebrate LGBTIQ+ achievements in sport
