    Post: HR and Payroll Trainee
    Salary: £17,932 - £20,664 per annum
    Hours: 36 hours per week

    Kingdom Housing Association is looking for somebody enthusiastic, hard-working and committed to train with them for 3 years. You'll train through a mixture of work-based and college-based learning, gaining formal qualifications and valuable work experience in your chosen field. You will work alongside experienced members of their teams who will support and guide you through your traineeship. 

    As a member of the HR/Payroll Team, you will provide a client centred HR service giving advice and support to staff and management in accordance with current employment legislation and best practice. The Payroll team ensures the relevant information is input to the payroll system to allow Kingdom Group staff to be paid accurately and on time and ensuring all legal processes are adhered to.

    • This position is for 16 - 24 years old (your 24th birthday must be after 30 September 2021)
    • National 5 Maths and English at Grade C or above required
    • 3 year position
