    Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. They have plans for a significant expansion of our housing stock over the next five years. They are recruiting a multi-skilled Joiner.

    This role requires a high quality maintenance and repairs service for the Kingdom Group. This will include routine and emergency repairs, change of tenancy repairs and repairs in void properties, however, other categories of repairs and minor works will also be required in the Association’s properties and offices. Whilst our Depot is based in Glenrothes, you will be expected to work at and from any other properties operated by us throughout East Central Scotland.

    • 4 year apprenticeship (SCQF 6)
    • Knowledge in current building standards and procedures
    • Full UK driving licence is essential
