Reference: REQ000154Kingdom Housing Association is recruiting Skilled Labourer to provide a high quality maintenance and repairs service for the Kingdom Group.
This includes the provision of a skilled labourers service to one of our in-house maintenance teams covering: Routine Repairs, Emergency Repairs, Change of Tenancy Repairs, Small Works Team, Kitchen Renewal Team and other categories of repairs and minor works that will also be required in our properties and offices.

- Previous experience within a trades background working in a maintenance-related role
- Full UK driving licence is essential
