Reference: REQ000153Kingdom Housing Association is recruiting an experienced Asset Management Assistant, to work as part of the administrative support team for the Asset Management Department providing excellent customer care, administration and support services.
You will provide support to the department in areas such as void and mutual exchanges, meter credit/exchanges, gas servicing and maintenance, cyclical and planned maintenance works and medical adaptation requests. You will be involved with the monitoring of their service via mobile working software, tenant satisfaction surveys, complaints and preparing statistics and reports. You will also process advice notes, invoices and credit notes, issue work orders and inspection lines, process and allocate emergency works and participate in stocktaking.

- Minimum SVQ3 Administration or relevant experience in a repairs and maintenance background
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: excel, word
- You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check
