    Kingdom Housing Association are recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber, the in-house maintenance team carries out repairs and maintenance works in our properties. Whilst the Depot is based in Glenrothes, you will be expected to work at and from any other properties operated by us throughout East Central Scotland. 

    You will carry out maintenance work in our properties.  You should be a qualified plumber or an advanced plumber and should also be able and willing to carry out some limited multi-trade works when required such as basic joinery work or similar. You will carry out periodic inspections, repairs and alterations to our housing stock and offices. Several years experience in a maintenance environment is desirable.  You will be required to participate in the out of hours emergency on call rota for which an additional allowance will be paid.

    • 4 year apprenticeship (SCQF 7) requirement
    • City and Guilds for the Scottish and Northern Island Plumbers and Electrical Federation (SNIPEF)
    • Full UK Driving Licence essential
