Independent Age Fund Open - Support for charities rebuilding services for older people

News/Events Category: Funding and FinanceThe coronavirus pandemic has changed life for everyone in the UK, but older people are amongst the hardest hit. Despite the challenges they are facing, organisations working with older people are keeping vital services running, providing advice, support, opportunities, and practical help.
Since May 2020, Independent Age Fund have made grants totalling nearly £2.4 million to 203 organisations, supporting many different communities of older people and a wide range of work.
Projects working with "older people facing complex and challenging situations" and/ or "older people in danger of being out of sight and out of mind" to assist them to get back to face to face working, can apply for between £5,000 - 15,000 with a simple online application.
