    Post: Glenrothes Foodbank Manager
    Salary: Up to £23,500 p/a
    Hours: 30 hours per week
    Location: Glenrothes

    Glenrothes Foodbank is looking to recruit a flexible hard working manager who will complement the existing Foodbank team. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, as manager you will be responsible for the continuing success of Glenrothes Foodbank by overseeing the day to day operation along with managing one member of staff and a team of volunteers to ensure a high level of standard and customer care to all its clients. 

    Monday - Friday, with flexibility, could include evening work and some weekend work.

    Salary is dependent on experience and contributory pension scheme.

    The ideal candidate will have -

    • At least 2 years managerial experience
    • Experience and knowledge around GDPR
    • Excellent IT skills
    • Experience of inter-agency networking
    • A passion for social justice
    • Experience of working with volunteers
    • Good customer care skills
    • Experience of working with vulnerable people
