  • Register for the Scottish Government COVID-19 research panel 2021

    Created: 14/01/2021
    News/Events Category: General News

Scottish Government researchers are recruiting people to help them better understand and predict the next stages of the COVID-19 pandemic in Scotland. You can register if you live in Scotland and are 18 or over.

As a member of the panel, you will be sent a survey every two weeks by email. Each survey will ask questions about the number of people you’ve come into contact with recently, as well as your experiences with COVID-19. The information you provide will be used by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in their modelling of the pandemic. If you are already completing a survey for the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine run by Ipsos MORI, please do not register for this panel.

The survey should take 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how many people you live with. If you have an accessibility need which makes it difficult to complete forms on a computer without breaks, or you have a particularly large household, it may take a bit longer. If this is the case, you can request a link to the survey which will allow you to save your progress and return at a later stage. If you would like to use this option, please e-mail the researchers at [email protected]
