  • MSE Charity - Raising the Next Generation Grant

    Created: 04/01/2021

The MSE Charity grants are given to help educate and inform people about financial literacy, consumer or debt issues. There is a different themed round each year. The February 2021 grant (Raising the Next Generation) round will focus on supporting young people under 25 to learn financial life skills, to enable them to grow and thrive in a difficult financial climate.

Awards from £2,000 - £5,000 (The majority of grants given to date have been under £5000).

    Who can apply?

Organisations must be either a UK registered charity, community interest company, credit union or a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee or social enterprise company. Organisations should have an income under £500,000 and have less than six months free reserves.

If the grant round is open and not full, you will be able to access the short online application form. It is important to apply as soon as possible as only the first 40 applications will be considered.

    When to apply?

The next grant round, Raising the Next Generation applications are accepted between Monday 01 February 2021 - Friday 26 February 2021.
Please note: Grant rounds close early if 40 applications have been accepted, so make sure you apply early in the month the grant round is open.
