The role of a carer in keeping older people safe in Scotland

    About this Event

Tracy Cooper, Partnership Training Officer at VOCAL, Edinburgh Carers Hub will deliver a range of training on topics to support and empower carers to take care of themselves and the person they care for. Tracy will give a short presentation about carer self-care, your rights as a carer and how these can keep both you, and the person you care for safe.

Brian, the Hourglass Development Manager in Scotland, will then put questions to Tracy that have been submitted by the participants on the day as well as ones that have been submitted beforehand.

They welcome and actively encourage you to submit any questions that you have as part of your registration for this event. Email [email protected].
