  • Call for views on Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014

    Created: 30/11/2020
    News/Events Category: General News

The Economy, Energy and Fair Work Committee has launched a call for views on the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. It invites you to submit written evidence on how the act has impacted procurement in Scotland since it came into force in April 2016.

The deadline for submitting evidence is 18 December 2020. The committee's questions and information on how to respond can be found here.

SCVO is planning to submit a response (in particular the organisation is interested in difficulties engaging in the process and impact on organisations and staff). If you are interested in responding and would like to share draft answers to the Committee's questions with SCVO ahead of the deadline then please e-mail [email protected]
