Fife Carers Centre are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. If you're the right person you'll be happy both working alone and as part of a team using your experience and know how to deal with the day to day administration and financial tasks as well as tackling routine such as Board meeting minuting and, of course, the less usual situations as they arise.You will maintain a positive and friendly company image acting often as the first line of contact to carers, visitors, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone. In these times of Covid -19 restrictions you'll be working both from home and in the office. Being part of a team when contact is often virtual is often difficult and it's important you can do your bit to make it work.
