    This is an open and interactive, online event for anyone over the age of 60 living in Scotland who is looking to improve their mental wellbeing

    About this Event

    Donna Mackintosh ia a Lead Occupational Therapist in NHS Tayside working within the Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership. She works as an Advanced Occupational Therapist, is an accredited WRAP facilitator and has worked in older people's mental health for over 10 years.

    Donna will give a short presentation about a framework which aims to help you take control over your own mental health and recovery, and wellness to achieve positive mental health. She will facilitate small interactive break out groups to help demonstrate some of the core concepts and discuss coping strategies that may help you in these difficult times.
