Martin Monaghan, Partner with Caesar & Howie, Solicitors & Estate Agents and founder members of Solicitors for Older People Scotland.
The Law Society of Scotland have granted Accredited Specialist status to Martin not only in Family Law but also for Incapacity and Mental Disability Law in recognition of his expertise in these areas. Martin has a particular interest in Powers of Attorney, and Guardianships. He runs a multiple case load of Guardianship actions
Brian, our Development Manager in Scotland will then put questions that have been submitted by the participants on the day as well as ones that have been submitted beforehand.
