    About this Event

Sadly, we hear of people with power of attorney taking advantage of that position of trust, can we guard against this? Is there something we can do in the granting of a power of attorney which would protect from this abuse?

Sandra McDonald, for 14 years the Public Guardian for Scotland, has seen thousands of powers of attorney; in this webinar she talks us through how to grant a robust power of attorney.

All welcome and actively encouraged to submit any questions that you have as part of your registration for this event.
