If you're a parent carer living in Kirkcaldy, Burntisland or Kinghorn caring for a child or young person with an illness or disability come and join this support group! This very informal weekly online group offers support, companionship, information and a chance to get away from your caring situation for an hour. They'll have speakers with interesting, fun and useful information some weeks and other weeks we'll entertain ourselves with some chat, quizzes, and games or whatever you fancy.
The group will take place by Microsoft Teams every Thursday starting from 26 November 2020 at 10-11am.

If you are interested in attending this group please contact Grant Kidd by either phone: 07849 846 497 or e-mail: [email protected]
