Post: Environment Coach 21 hours per week,
    Fixed term January 2021-June 2022
Salary: 22,578 per annum (pro rata)

Thanks to funding from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust with support from the European Social Investment Fund (ESIF), FEAT Trading CIC are recruiting for an Environment Coach to assist in the delivery of 'Grow your Mind' - a new 18-month project aimed at developing wellbeing of veterans with severe mental health conditions.

This specific role involves the delivery of group-based and individual employability and personal development interventions centred around woodland and environmental activities. The aim of the project is to move individuals closer towards sustainable self-management of their condition and demonstrate improved feelings of wellbeing. The programme is being delivered in partnership with Veterans F1rst Point (V1P) and Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT).

The post is based at Silverburn Park, Leven, with an occasional requirement to work at other bases across Fife. FEAT Trading CIC are the wholly-owned subsidiary of registered charity, FEAT, and are taking forward plans to regenerate Silverburn Park in Leven, having been selected as the preferred partner of Fife Council. Our vision is to develop Silverburn as a place of quiet enjoyment, supporting the health and wellbeing of the community, and respecting the habitat and biodiversity of the environment.

FEAT Trading CIC are an Equal Opportunities employer and encourage applications from all members of the community including disabled applicants. We welcome applications from everyone irrespective of gender and ethnic group, but, as members of ethnic minority groups are currently under-represented in our organisation we would encourage applications from members of these groups. Appointment will be based on merit alone.

Please do not send a C.V.  Further information and application packs are available from their website.

Closing date for applications is Wednesday 02 December at 12 noon, with interviews to be scheduled shortly afterwards.
Candidates will be required to undergo a PVG check. For informal queries please contact Martin McDonald, Operations Manager on 01333 278775.
