UK Government's Kickstart Scheme [jobs and young people]
Created: 14/09/2020The UK Government's Kickstart Scheme provides funding to employers to create new 6-month job placements for young people who are currently on Universal Credit and at risk of long-term unemployment. This funding will cover for each job placement:
Who can apply?
Any organisation, regardless of size, can apply for funding, and there is no limit on the number of six-month job placements you can request. However, any organisations that is employing less than 30 Kickstart roles will need to apply through an intermediary representative organisation.
