    Created: 14/09/2020, Updated: 27/11/2020

Organisations working to support digitally excluded families have only three weeks left to seek funding from Connecting Scotland. The scheme aims to provide low income families with an internet device and twelve months unlimited data and technical support to help them get online.

Connecting Scotland has now opened the second round of phase 2.

    Who can apply?

Public or voluntary organisations can apply for this fund if they provide support to:

    • households with children, or where a child is normally resident (this includes pregnant women with no child in the household); and
    • care leavers up to the age of 26 (in line with eligibility for aftercare support).

    How to apply?

Application guidance and form can be accessed here. Applications for round two will close at 11:00 on 18 January 2021.
