Volunteer Managers' Forum

News/Events Category: Partnerships, Networks and ForumsOur Volunteer Managers' Forums are open to anyone who works or volunteers in Fife and who is involved in the recruitment and/or management/supervision of volunteers.
Volunteer Management can sometimes be a solitary role within an organisation, and our Forums are a great way to meet other people who are doing a similar role to you and reduce any sense of isolation you may have. We're all in this together is never more true than now! As part of how we support you and how we all support each other, please join us for this session to look at how individuals and organisations are managing the new normal.
Our topic for this Forum is Returning to Volunteering - Safety and Wellbeing Matters
We'll take the time to look at the various guidance out there, what the main issues are for Volunteer Managers and how we might deal with them and of course learning from each other - what has your organisation been doing, what resources have you found useful and so on. We'll do this in ways that allow time to speak to others in small groups so although there's no tea & coffee on offer for informal chats, we will create opportunities for this kind of networking.
There will also be time for questions - feel free to submit them in advance if you wish, along with any particular issues you might want covered.
