    Post: Support Practitioner

    Hours: full-time and part-time posts available

    Salary: £18,861

    Their staff teams deliver high quality support across Scotland. They need caring kind and helpful individuals to join their growing team in your local community to help make a difference in people`s lives.

    Whether you have worked in social care before or not their award winning training and support will make sure you are ready for your new role.

    As an area they support over 250 individuals in their own homes. They support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, drug and alcohol issues, forensics, physical disabilities and also 24 hour support to a number of individuals enabling them to live independently.

    They are currently supporting some of the most vulnerable individuals in the community who need assistance with personal care, medication, meal preparation, shopping and maintaining their homes. The care they provide is critical to the people we support staying safe in these challenging times.

    As a staff member you will be responsible for delivering excellent care, maintaining a very high standard of infection control and going the extra mile to ensure the safety and well being of the individuals they support.
