  • Scottish Government announce that Scotland can gradually begin to move into Phase 2

    On the 18 June 2020, the Scottish Government announced that Scotland will begin to gradually move into Phase 2 of the government's route map through and out of the COVID-19 crisis.

    Whilst still following physical distancing and maintaining hygiene, the move will gradually allow:

    • those shielding to enjoy outdoor exercise;
    • those living alone or only with children under 18 can form 'extended household group' with one other household; and
    • some indoor workplaces to businesses to open again.
