    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £16,626 - £17,414

    The post holder will utilise his/her skills, knowledge and experience to provide clerical and administrative support to the Finance & Business Manager. In this role, the Clerical Assistant will work alongside the Finance and Administration team and actively be involved in the provision of:

    • Administrative support including answering the telephone, Front of House duties, acceptance and rerouting of referrals, booking appointments and handling email enquiries.
    • Scheduling appointments and booking rooms.
    • Proofreading.
    • Provide comprehensive and confidential clerical support to staff based at head office.
    • Maintain efficient office tasks, including filing, dealing with incoming/outgoing mail, stationery ordering and photocopying. 
    • Input data on spreadsheets and databases. 
    • Support the administration of performance reporting by collating data and ensuring quality data entry and output.
    • Prepare accurate minutes for approval after attendance at regular meetings.
