New mindfulness and yoga sessions for people with diabetes
Diabetes Scotland is continuing to offer online guided mindfulness and seated yoga sessions for people with diabetes. Two one hour sessions per week take place via Zoom on Wednesdays at 6pm and Fridays at 3pm led by Donna Booth of Vitality Retreat in Caithness.
