The Annual General Meeting is an important meeting for members of Kingdom Community Bank – it’s your chance to have a direct say in the running of your Community Bank! You’ll hear about achievements during the financial year, be presented with financial reports, hear about future plans and vote on certain business, including the appointment of Directors, setting the annual administration fee and the dividend amount and more.
In addition to the normal business of an annual general meeting, the Board of Directors will propose new Rules to the Members. Click here to go to our website where you can find a note explaining the proposed changes, as well as a full set of the existing Rules and the proposed new rules.
You will be sent information on how to join the meeting using Zoom technology, including information about the security and safety of using Zoom.
