The Annual General Meeting is an important meeting for members of Kingdom Communtiy Bank – it’s your chance to have a direct say in the running of your Community Bank! You’ll hear about achievements during the financial year, be presented with financial reports, hear about future plans and vote on certain business, including the appointment of Directors, setting the annual administration fee and the dividend amount and more. PANDEMIC CRISIS UPDATE
We are constantly reviewing the situation regarding the current pandemic. As things stand, we believe that we can safely conduct the AGM and offer people the opportunity to attend in person or to dial in via telephone or video conference (a bit like Skype or FaceTime).
We are using a large room and social distancing can be achieved. There will be minimal touch points at the venue and we ask vulnerable and at-risk Members not to attend in person, but to consider dialling in. We will hand out sterile gloves for those wanting to have copies of documents and our evaluation process shall be conducted by e-mail too.
Dialling in will be free for those on call packages, and the price of a local call for those not on a call package. To dial in or connect via video conferencing, just book onto the AGM and you will be sent connection details nearer the time. We will do what we can to help Members to participate in the AGM in these difficult circumstances.
